Groups may rent the entire Inn, a $1000 charge above all room rates and additional people is charged for renting the Inn, a minimum of 3 nights is required.
All rates are subject to the prevailing Maine State lodging tax, to be paid at check in.
Master Card, Visa,Discover American Express,Checks, Cash and gift cards are accepted for balance at check in, reservation must be secured with a major credit card.
Deposits on any major credit card - An average of one nights stay (without tax) deposit to reserve rooms, balance + current state tax is due upon arrival at check in please. This is a nonrefundable deposit for groups of 3 rooms or more.
Cancellation - Due to the size of our Inn, cancellations greatly affect us therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. When we guarantee an accommodation we enter into a contract and we lose the opportunity to reserve the room to others. There is a $35 cancellation fee per room on all cancellations within any time frame. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if we are notified 21 days prior to your arrival date via check. We will not offer any refund on any cancellation made less than 21 days prior to arrival. An automated e-mail will arrive in your in box as a reminder of this policy 22 days prior to your arrival. Changing dates within a reasonable time frame (30 Days) does not incur any cancellation fees. 7 days or less notice for a cancelled room you are responsible for the entire stay.
All rates are per night for an occupancy of 1 or 2, $40 per person after two, 2 Village Square is strictly an adult only facility, please no children of any age including infants, you will not be checked in.
All rooms are non -smoking in ordinance with Maine state law., Smoking is permitted in outside areas 25 feet from any building per Maine State law, a $200 charge will be charged to your card on file for smoking in our rooms. No Smoking in the pool area for the comfort of all guests please, we have provided a nice smoking area in our front lawn and woods areas.
Check in 2PM - 5PM is preferred we can accomodate later check in upon request, Check out prior to 11:00 AM
